Special Smiles is a safe and healthy place for your dental visit

We want you to know about changes we have made to ensure Special Smiles is a safe and healthy place for you to visit when you need dental care.

What We Are Doing To Protect You

We are not only following directions from the CDC, the American Dental Association and the PA Dept. of Health, we are going above and beyond the safety requirements.

  • All dental procedures performed in treatment rooms with HEPA air filtration and both intra and extra oral evacuation systems
  • Professional staff wear personal protective equipment
  • Private waiting rooms for patients disinfected after each use
  • Requirement that all patients, caregivers and staff wear a face mask, have their temperature checked, and use hand sanitizer upon entering and exiting our offices

What You Can Do To Protect Yourself and Others

  • Bring and wear your face mask
  • Only bring the number of support staff or family members needed for patient safety
  • Maintain a distance of six feet or more between yourself and others in our office
  • If you have a fever or feel sick, please call us to reschedule your appointment
  • If you get a fever or feel sick within 14 days after your appointment, please call us

What To Do If You Have a Dental Emergency

Call 610-526-0807: A special needs dentist is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If this is a life-threatening emergency, call 911.
